Terms of Services for Coordinator Registration with IPDC
1. By becoming an IPDC Coordinator and accepting the role of managing allocated student and faculty members, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions regarding data access and usage.

2. As an IPDC Coordinator, you will have access to student and faculty data for the purpose of managing and coordinating their activities within the allocated areas of responsibility.

3. You must handle student and faculty data with utmost confidentiality and ensure it is used solely for administrative and coordination purposes within the scope of your coordinator responsibilities.

4. Any data shared with you, including student personal information, academic records, progress, and faculty information, should be treated as confidential and protected from unauthorized access.

5. You must not disclose or misuse student or faculty data outside the context of your coordinator responsibilities. It should not be shared with unauthorized individuals or used for personal gain.

6. You may access and use the allocated student and faculty data solely for the purpose of coordinating their activities, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth operation within the assigned areas.

7. Data accessed by you should not be shared with unauthorized individuals or used for purposes unrelated to your coordinator responsibilities. It should not be reproduced, stored, or shared in any format outside the designated IPDC systems without proper authorization.

8. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the allocated student and faculty data, as well as maintaining the security of the information you have access to.

9. If you encounter any concerns or issues related to data privacy, security, or coordination activities, you must promptly report them to the appropriate authorities within IPDC.

10. By accepting the role of an IPDC Coordinator, you grant IPDC permission to collect, process, and store your personal information for administrative and coordination purposes in accordance with IPDC's privacy policy.

11. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions, including mishandling of student or faculty data, unauthorized sharing of information, or misuse of your coordinator privileges, may result in disciplinary actions, including the suspension or termination of your coordinator role within IPDC.

12. These terms and conditions are subject to the additional privacy and data conditions outlined by IPDC, as well as the policies and guidelines set forth by the institution.

13. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of student and faculty data, as well as your personal information, as necessary for administrative and coordination purposes and in accordance with IPDC's privacy policy.
