1. By becoming a IPDC faculty member and registering with your own information, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions regarding data access and usage.
2. As a faculty member, you will have access to student data for academic purposes, as well as register with your own personal information. This access and registration are granted to facilitate teaching activities and communication within IPDC.
3. You must handle student data and your own personal information with utmost confidentiality and ensure it is used solely for educational and administrative purposes within the scope of your faculty responsibilities.
4. Any data shared with you, including student personal information, academic records, and progress, as well as your own personal information, should be treated as confidential and protected from unauthorized access.
5. You must not disclose or misuse student data or your own personal information outside the context of your faculty responsibilities. It should not be shared with unauthorized individuals or used for personal gain.
6. The teaching app provided by IPDC is solely for academic purposes and facilitating your teaching activities. You are prohibited from reproducing, sharing, or storing any teaching app content beyond what is necessary for your instructional duties within IPDC.
7. You may only use the teaching app and its content as per the guidelines and policies set forth by IPDC. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or storage of teaching app content is strictly prohibited.
8. Faculty members are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of student data within their assigned courses and academic activities, as well as ensuring the security of their own personal information.
9. If you encounter any concerns or issues related to student data privacy, security, or the use of the teaching app, you must promptly report them to the appropriate authorities within IPDC.
10. By registering as a faculty member and using the teaching app, you grant IPDC permission to collect, process, and store your personal information for administrative and academic purposes in accordance with IPDC's privacy policy.
11. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions, including mishandling of student data, personal information, or unauthorized use of the teaching app, may result in disciplinary actions, including the suspension or termination of your faculty privileges within IPDC.
12. These terms and conditions are subject to the additional privacy and data conditions outlined by IPDC, as well as the policies and guidelines set forth by the institution.
13. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of student data and your own personal information as necessary for academic purposes and in accordance with IPDC's privacy policy.
